Please take note that a non-refundable booking fee is required from all clients. In case you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so by transferring your booking fee to your future booking. However, if you cannot reschedule, please get in touch with us at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you fail to do so, you cannot reschedule using the current booking fee.

 

It is important to keep in mind that the booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Therefore, we advise you to carefully consider before making your booking.

 

Moreover, please be aware that if you cancel your appointment two or more times, we reserve the right to decline your treatment.

 

For Permanent Make-up (Powder/Ombré Brows, Lip Blush, or Eyeliner), top-up after the initial procedure may only be done until eight weeks (it costs £50). If the treatment is booked after eight weeks of the initial procedure, the client needs to pay for a top-up until 12 months (it costs £130).
